SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA

Alissa B offers free express shipping within Australia on all orders over $200. For orders below $200 you may choose either standard shipping for a $10 fee or express shipping for a $15 fee.

Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Please allow 1-4 business days to receive express deliveries, and up to 8 days for standard delivery. Please note that all orders placed after 1pm on Friday and on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday (unless it’s a public holiday).

Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they have been submitted and processed.

Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel via AUSPOST TRACKING.

All items that are on pre-order may take between 4-6 weeks to be dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Alissa B uses Australia Post International Standard and Express, and sends to most destinations outside of Australia. 

NEW ZEALAND

The cost of postage is $18.00 International Post Standard and takes between 6+ business days, or $30.00 International Post Express and takes 2-4 days.

REST OF THE WORLD

The cost of postage is $40.00 and takes 2-7 business days.

All international orders are exempt from Australian taxes. Deliveries may include international duties and taxes and may differ depending on your destination country and order value. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address.  Once your order reaches your destination country and clears customs, it will be passed on to your local postage provider.

Shipping costs will not be refunded to those who refuse to pay import tax upon arrival of their order resulting in their parcel being returned to sender.
