Where is your jewellery made?

Alissa B jewellery is designed in Melbourne, Australia and expertly crafted in our Istanbul Atelier. 

What is your jewellery made from?

Our jewellery is 24k gold plated on brass.  We use a variety of stones, both precious and semi-precious stones. 

Is your jewellery nickel free?

Yes, all Alissa B jewellery is nickel and lead free.

Can I exchange earrings?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any earring purchases for obvious hygiene reasons.

Can I wear my jewellery in water?

We recommend that you remove your Alissa B jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising and sleeping.  Also, make sure to avoid contact with perfumes, makeup, creams, chlorine and other chemicals, as these substances will cause the jewellery to tarnish or fade. 

How do I clean my jewellery?

The best way to clean your Alissa B jewellery is to lightly use a cotton or microfibre cloth.  Make sure not to rub too hard or too much, as this could remove some of the 24k gold plating.  To clean pearls and other precious and  semi- precious stones, lightly wipe with a soft damp cloth.

Can you repair my jewellery?

All Alissa B jewellery is handmade and requires delicate handling and care.  We make sure every piece is quality checked before being sent out to our customers.  In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we will gladly repair, replace, exchange or refund the faulty item within 7 days of your purchase.   If the item is not deemed faulty, we will send the piece to an external jeweller for the repair.  This will incur a fee to the customer which we will notify you of before proceeding with the repair. 

Please return your item in its original Alissa B packaging, and ensure you return the item safely and with tracking.  

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed we will send you an email with your courier’s tracking number.  Please use this to track your order via the courier’s online tracking service.  Alissa B uses Australia Post for shipping in Australia and DHL for international shipping. 

How long will it to take to receive my order?

Australian domestic orders will arrive within 1-3 business days as we use Australia Post Express Post.  Our international orders are shipped via DHL Express and will arrive within 2-7 business days.
