CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Alissa B is happy to offer an exchange or refund on full priced, unworn jewellery within 14 days of purchase should you have a change of mind.  This excludes sale items and earrings due to hygiene regulations.  All items being returned must be in original saleable condition and must not be worn or damaged.  Please return your items in their original Alissa B packaging, and ensure you return the item safely and with tracking as Alissa B is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. Postage to send an item back for an exchange or refund will be at your own expense. You will be notified via email once we have received and processed your return.  Refunds will be made via the original payment method less $8 or $12 for shipping and handling, depending on whether it was sent via standard post or express.

Alissa B does not accept returns on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final.

For all returns please email customercare@alissab.com.au.  Please provide proof of purchase in the form of your invoice number in your email request.

WARRANTY RETURNS

All Alissa B jewellery is handmade and quality checked before being sent out to our customers.  In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we will gladly repair, replace, exchange or refund the faulty item within 7 days of your purchase.  Please note that we are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock.  Email customercare@alissab.com.au with a description and photo evidence of the fault, your full contact details and address, your original invoice and a copy of your return freight payment receipt.  Once we have assessed the faulty item we will reimburse the shipping cost of this return, should we deem the item faulty.  Please return your item in its original Alissa B packaging, and ensure you return the item safely and with tracking.  

Please note that Alissa B will not accept returns if in our opinion, you have not taken appropriate care of your jewellery as set out in our Care Guide.
